Cancellations

Once an order is placed, the sale is final and cannot be altered or cancelled

 

Domestic Shipping

Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery for domestic orders. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes.

We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled. We do not offer signature confirmation. 

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is nonrefundable. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We cannot ship to APO, FPO, DPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. Multiple orders cannot be combined after they are created.

We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled.

We do not offer signature confirmation. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

 

Sale Items

All sale items, discounted and promotional merchandise, including sales in which any discount/promo codes are used are FINAL SALE and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you have to return the item and make a new purchase online. 75th & Canal Co. will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Please include your (I-#####) along with a brief description of your issue.

75thncanalco.com does not offer store credit for any reason, including for returns or exchanges.

 

Returns

All sales are final on all launch product,  women's and men's inner and/or undergarments, and sale items. For all non-sale items, returns must be made within 14 days of arrival accompanied by the original packing slip in new/unworn condition with tags. Please contact vic@75thncanalco.com for all order and return inquiries. 75th & Canal Co. will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Please include your (I-#####) along with a brief description of your issue.

Return shipping is non-refundable. Packages returned to 75th & Canal Co. are subject to an $8 restocking fee. 

Items ordered on 75thncanalco.com cannot be exchanged at any 75th & Canal Co. store

Return requests will be denied for suspected resellers. 

  

Limited Edition Product

We reserve the right to cancel any orders or ban any user that we suspect might have aided by browser automation, or a reservation service. We reserve the right to refuse bulk orders. Multiple orders placed for the same product on items limited to one (1) per customer will be cancelled entirely without question. Once an order is placed for these items, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. No exceptions.

Orders refused or returned as undeliverable when sent to the address provided by the customer deprives other customers of the opportunity to purchase this product and therefore will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned.

 

Tracking Your Order

An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email.

 

Item Availability

Merchandise availability on 75thncanalco.com is subject to change. If, after adding an item to cart, you receive a message reading "Selected quantity is not available at this time," please wait and attempt to add the item at a later time.

If an order is placed and an item is out of stock, we will automatically refund your original payment method and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock after the order is made, the item will be refunded to you and the remaining items will be processed and shipped as normal.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to Texas.

 

Payment

We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).

We carry out pre-authorization checks on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction.
